Justin started Pure US AI Labs after watching small business owners get sold on AI vendors and platforms that didn't fit their business. The pitch was always the same: pay a high monthly fee, hope something sticks. The reality was usually a half-built tool no one used.
The Audit, Plan, Build model came out of that pattern. Most owners don't need an enterprise AI platform. They need an honest answer about which one or two workflows AI can actually fix, a written plan, and (if they want) someone to ship it.
Justin works directly with every client. There is no sales team. The audit you book is the audit he runs.
