About Pure US AI Labs

Practical AI help. No retainer. No vendor pitch.

Pure US AI Labs is a small consultancy for small businesses trying to figure out which AI tools are worth using. Three fixed-price tiers — Audit, Plan, Build — and the same person who scopes the work does it.

AI Solution Build: fixed-price implementation, 2–4 weeks

Origin

Pure US AI Labs grew out of a simple pattern. Small business owners kept asking the same question: “A vendor is pitching me an AI tool for $X/month — should I buy it?” And the honest answer was almost always either “no, you’d use 5% of it” or “yes, but the free tier of [other thing] would also work.”

The problem wasn’t that AI didn’t help small businesses — it clearly did. The problem was that nobody was selling honest 90-minute recommendations. Everyone was selling six-month implementations or $300/hour advisory retainers, neither of which fits a 5-to-50-person company.

So we productized the honest recommendation. The Audit is $299 because that’s roughly what 90 minutes of a senior engineer’s time costs — and the deliverable is a written recommendation you can act on without us. Plan and Build exist for the cases where you’ve already decided to invest and want help scoping or shipping.

We’re based in Deerfield Beach, FL. Remote-first. Calls scheduled by reply.

Why fixed price

Three reasons we publish prices on every page instead of “contact for a quote.”

  1. 01

    Fixed price beats hourly

Hourly billing punishes you for our learning curve. Fixed prices on every page means you know what it costs before the call. No scope-creep invoices, no surprise retainer line items.

  2. 02

    An honest recommendation costs $299

The Audit exists because most small businesses don’t need a six-month engagement — they need someone to look at what they’re using and tell them what to keep, drop, or swap. Sometimes the answer is “you’re fine, save your money.”

  3. 03

Build only what you’ll actually use

We don’t pitch AI for the sake of AI. If a Google Sheet, a Zap, or your existing CRM solves it — that’s the recommendation. The Build tier is reserved for problems that justify the $2,500+ minimum.

What we believe about AI for small business

Five principles that show up in every recommendation we make.

If a free tool solves it, we say so

We’re not paid by software vendors. The first thing we check is whether your existing stack already has the feature you’re about to pay for.

Boring beats clever

A reliable scheduled task that runs every morning beats a fragile agentic chain that fails interestingly. Most small-business AI wins are 80% boring automation, 20% language model.

Use the tools you already have

We wire automation into your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets — not a new platform your team has to learn. New platforms only when there’s no other way.

Hard cost ceilings

Every Build ships with a monthly token-spend cap. The first time a workflow tries to spend too much, it stops automatically and emails the owner.

You own what we build

Workflows, prompts, scripts, runbooks — documented and handed off in formats your team can edit without us. No lock-in, no “you need us to maintain it.”

Founder

A senior engineer, not a sales team

Every inbound is read by Justin, not a BDR. Every Audit is run by him. Every Build is scoped by him. If we ever grow past one engineer, we’ll still be small enough that the person quoting the work is the person doing it.

Start with the $299 Audit.

90 minutes on a call, a written recommendation by Friday. If the answer is “you’re fine, save your money,” we’ll say that — and you’ll have spent $299 to find out.
